Relocation Assistance

It's Okay to Need Help. Most People Don't Even Know This Option Exists.

In some short sale transactions, homeowners may be eligible for relocation assistance from their lender to help cover moving costs after the sale closes. This isn't something we can promise upfront, it depends entirely on your lender and the specifics of your situation, but it's something we always check for and negotiate on your behalf as part of the approval process.

This applies to homeowners we work with throughout Minnesota and North Dakota. If relocation assistance is available in your case, we'll let you know early and handle that part of the conversation with your lender directly, so it's one less thing you have to figure out on your own.
